89pk Terms & Conditions

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by 89pk:

• "89pk" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at 89pk.net, including all products, services, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and any software made available by 89pk for the purpose of accessing gambling services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an individual upon completing the 89pk registration process.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the 89pk platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 89pk's compliance obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account at the Player's request that prevents access to gambling services for a defined period.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 89pk Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 89pk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

89pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 89pk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of Account use:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether through 89pk or any other gambling operator — that would prohibit your access to gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating an Account.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 89pk or any of its affiliated entities.

89pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, and at any time a compliance review is conducted. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

To access real-money gambling services on 89pk, you must register a Player Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. 89pk employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 89pk reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and void any pending withdrawals.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and match your official identity documents.
• You must notify 89pk promptly if any of your registered details change, including your contact information or address.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your Account password and login credentials.
• 89pk will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
• Sharing Account access with any third party is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

89pk reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 89pk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with the exception of USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits which are converted to PKR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

89pk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 89pk Balance within 60 seconds of successful confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to verification status.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within one to three business days.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• 89pk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 89pk accepts no liability.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 89pk are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are displayed within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that product only.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 89pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• A "manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake in the publication of odds, game configuration, or market parameters. 89pk reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• 89pk reserves the right to suspend or void any market, game round, or sporting event where the integrity of the outcome is in doubt.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during the course of an event. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product. These are displayed within each product interface and are subject to change.

89pk takes match-fixing and sports integrity extremely seriously. Any Account found to have placed bets in connection with match-fixing, inside information, or coordinated suspicious betting activity will be suspended immediately, winnings voided, and the matter reported to relevant sporting and regulatory authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

89pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry timeframes.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Where a Player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will typically be used first unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• 89pk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus credits, will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure.
• 89pk reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89pk Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly authorised by 89pk.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or derive source code from any part of the 89pk Platform or its software.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, including real-time communication during live dealer games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89pk staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 89pk Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 89pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 89pk.

Any unauthorised use of 89pk's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property legislation.

Privacy & Data

89pk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 89pk.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 89pk is used for the purposes of Account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

89pk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89pk's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 89pk is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 89pk does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• 89pk is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or charges incurred in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 89pk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your 89pk Account and that 89pk accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

89pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules.
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• The Player does not satisfy or has ceased to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to 89pk.
• A competent authority or regulator has directed 89pk to suspend or close the Account.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds and subject to any outstanding verification requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used eligible payment method, provided that no fraud or breach of Terms is involved. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 89pk reserves the right to retain the Balance as partial remedy for loss suffered.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 89pk support. Requests for self-exclusion will be acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.

Responsible Gaming

89pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all Players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not intended to be used as a source of income or as a means of relieving financial difficulty.

89pk provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account dashboard at no charge and with no restrictions on frequency of use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, further gambling is blocked for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which your session will automatically end.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming position during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Amendments to Terms

89pk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 89pk will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 89pk recommends reviewing this page whenever you receive a notification of change, or at minimum once every 90 days.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89pk holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising between you and 89pk that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 16 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

89pk aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days. Complex complaints involving financial transactions or compliance matters may require additional time and documentation.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints process, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under the terms of 89pk's international gaming licence.
